The YIHUA 948 Desoldering & Soldering 2-IN-1 station combines a desoldering station with a soldering station, offering a versatile tool for your work. The package includes a YIHUA 948-I Desoldering Station, a Detachable Desoldering Gun, a Detachable Soldering Iron, a 100% Metallic Holder (fits iron + gun), 3 Desoldering Nozzles (Ø0.8/1.0/1.2mm), 2 Filter Springs, a Set of Cleaning Pins, a Set of Rubber Retainers, a Heat-Resistant Silicone Pad, and an Additional Filter Chamber, as well as 10 Carbon Filter Desoldering Station components.

The station features adjustable temperature ranges, with the Soldering Station operating between 392~896°F and the Desoldering Station between 716~896°F. Both stations utilize PID temperature control for precise temperature stabilization. The sleep mode function can be set between 5 to 30 minutes to reduce unnecessary wear on the nozzles/iron tips and heating elements when the station is not in use.

The pump-powered suction of the Desoldering Station provides a vacuum pressure of 0.5Mpa (measured from the nozzle), activated via the trigger after a 3-minute preheat. This allows for better desoldering performance, particularly on double-sided PCB through-hole components, though it is not suitable for components with square pins or computer PCBs.

The station's intelligent features include a 5-minute preheat when turned on, followed by a 3-beep signal to indicate the station is ready for use. This ensures the internal desoldering mechanism is sufficiently heated for optimal heat transfer and quick recovery time, preventing the desoldering gun from clogging due to insufficient heating.

The sleep mode function can be set between 1 to 99 minutes, or turned off, based on user preferences, to reduce wear on the nozzles, iron tips, and heating elements when the station is not in use.

With a rated voltage of 110V 50Hz and a maximum power of 90W, the YIHUA 948 Desoldering & Soldering 2-IN-1 station offers a compact and user-centric design. It features a digital LED display, a soldering/desoldering toggle switch, and a tip-to-ground resistance of less than 2 Ω Ohms.
