Our first batch of production-soldering stations and hot air stations rolled off the assembly line in the year 2000, marking the start of our brand. Over the years, we continued to innovate and evolve our solutions, introducing notable technologies such as Hot Air Start/Stop, Hot Air Failsafe, Skeleton-Type Heating Element, and Integrated Soldering Iron Holder System, all aimed at providing a better user experience.
The 939 II Professional Pyrography Station offers freedom of creativity for all creators. This station can help you create beautiful pyrography artworks on a broad range of materials, from wood and leather to cork and synthetic fabrics. You can look forward to learning and using all the burning-techniques with this station.
The station design offers superior user experience in functions, features, and safety in comparison with conventional plug-and-play wood burn pencils. It comes with 20 different burning nibs (Skew, Wire, Shader) for various burning techniques and effects, allowing you to create anything from basic straight and curve lines to calligraphy, stippling, feather-burning, hair-burning, outlining, crosshatching, and stencil-cutting.
When burning, it's important to keep the length of long strokes within 2 to 2.7 inches and lift off the nib from the wood as the color fades. Allow the nib to heat up again, and apply it to the wood to continue the stroke. Different types of wood with varying densities require different temperature settings, with a recommended range of 500-650°C for common wood materials. If burning on dense wood, you may need to use a higher temperature setting.
Shading requires finding the right temperature balance – an overly-high temperature can result in a much darker shade than desired, while an overly-low temperature can lead to a much lighter shade. Experiment with different temperature settings on practice wood to find the ideal temperature for consistent shading.
With enough practice and patience, you can create beautiful pyrography artworks on a wide range of materials using this station. Imagine burning letters or lovely patterns on a wooden photo frame to give as a unique gift to your family or friends.
